What is Membership?
The church is a family!
“You are citizens along with all of God’s people. You are members of God’s family.”
—-Ephesians 2:19
God expects me to be a member.
“Now all of you together are Christ’s body, and each one of you is a separate and necessary part of it.”
— I Corinthians 12:27
A Christian without a church family is without a spiritual home.
“The human body has many parts, but the many parts make up only one body. So it is with the body of Christ.”
— 1 Corinthians 12:12
Springfield is my spiritual family.
“Under his direction, the whole body is fitted together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.”
— Ephesians 4:16
Becoming a member at Springfield means that you are becoming a part
of our spiritual family and joining us on the most important
and exciting journey you will ever take.
