The Assimilation and Accountability Missionary Department builds Kingdom relationships and connections to God, within Christian community, and to individual Christian identity. The Assimilation and Accountability Missionary Department is comprised of ministry teams that promote belonging, connectedness, and the employment of giftedness within the congregational ministry of Springfield Baptist Church.
